Unable to talk to ladies well

I am pretty bad at talking to ladies. I want to get in a relationship and get married some day, but this social awkwardness always prevent me from it. I rarely talk to women in office or at parties. My friends try their best to help me, and once they even tried to set me up for a date with a lady through a matchmaking service named Premier introductions, http://www.premierintroductions.ca/ . That lady was a beautiful, well mannered, but I messed up the date somehow and couldn’t talk to her again. I want to get better, but don’t know how. Can anyone advise me on what should I do?

Just talk to them. Talk about things, ideas, families, beliefs, kids, sports, movies, music, news, pets. Get them to talk and listen to what they say. Focus on the conversation and not their breasts (boobs are a distraction during conversations - save them for later in the relationship). It's not really that difficult. They're human and are interested in men just as men are interested in women. Good luck.
