Forum quoting

On some forums I go to quote but when I press the quote button it bring me down to the bottom to comment but the quote doesn't form it happen only on some topics How do I fix this? What is the problem?

I'm afraid I don't. But have you not thought to ask the forum(s) concerned? Here is for people with emotional problems, you see, it's not some free-for-all technical help desk for other forum's users.
