Really complicated love problem, help?

I'm in love with 2 person in the same time, the first one is my crush for almost 8 years and the next one is our friend. Both of them is the most important person in my life. Just by loving the two of them already bad for me. But, it doesn't stop there, I have a boyfriend now, only for 6 hours. I always rejected him back then, but this time he said he's really serious even just for become my toy. So I accepted him now. And this thing just get complicated by knowing that my friend that I love is actually in love with me. But now he's closer with another girl, which actually is my friend, it's really hurting me and make me start doubting his love for me. This is complicated and I know almost all of this is my fault, but what should I do? If I need to say the truth, I really love my friend but now he's turning into bothering girls and get closer to them, I can't tell him that I love him too.Please help, any advice or just lecture.
