20 year friends with benefits. Just sex? Or love?

Do you really think that the relationship I've been having off and on for 20 years(known him for 28)is just sexual with no feelings? He even named one of his sons that he had with his girlfriend the same name as my son. I am confused.We've seen eachother through 2 relationships he's had and 2 that I have had. I'm thinking about laying it on the line and asking that we do something more or stop 100%. I could be happy with this guy for the rest of my life.

I know you're right but I will have to relocate I think. I should tell him what. I'm thinking first though , right?

In 20 years neither of you found the time to consider each other? Have you ever made your feelings known to him? If not, why now? is he single at the moment? Why would you have to relocate now? You should lay it on the line find out where he stands with you. If he wants things to remain as they are,"Friends with Benefits", then by all means MOVE ON!!
