My husband and I have been together for only 2years and married for 9months, he had (or has I'm not sure) a drug problem, he told me he stopped just after we started dating yet after getting caught out he admitted that he was still using the stuff, now that I have "grounded" him(I drop him off at work and fetch him, he can't see any of his friends anymore)he is rude to me all the time, I have taken away all his bank cards and he cannot use any of our money without asking me, he has gotten us in a lot of debt as I didn't know that he wasn't paying our bills. We now struggle because he made all this debt and on top of it all he deletes all messages on his phone and the other day I saw a old mutual friend of ours name on his phone she had sent him something but I don't know what, and when I asked he said he hasn't spoken to her since we got married and I know its a lie. he gives me reason to doubt him he hides things and he lies about important things, and he never wants to take me with him to town or he will be nasty and comment on my weight and then justify it by saying I always complain I'm fat. I am so angry and unhappy but I have loved him from the first time we met and I don't know how to fix things.

My son told me about 3-4 months ago that he had lost some 35-40 pounds on a no-carb diet (no bread, no potatoes or rice.) I went on it immediately, and I haven't lost much weight, but I'm not tired like I used to be, I don't have chest pain after exercise like I used to, and I go to bed and get up over 2 hours earlier than I used to. For breakfast, eggs and meat, fruit, nuts (walnuts, pecans, or cashews). For lunch, lunchon meat, pork and beans, vegatables like cole slaw or tomatoes, nuts, fruit. What fills me up for lunch is, tomato soup, also cream of celerly soup, broccoli and cheese soup, cream of chicken soup, pea soup. Can find other such soups at grocery. For supper, meat, veggies, fruit, nuts. Snacks: cottage cheese and fruit, cereal like Cheerios with milk and fruit, nuts, etc. Try it for one meal or for one day, and see if you aren't less tired. Try it for 2 or 3 days and see if you don't lose weight. I didn't lose but a few pounds, but you might have better luck. I wouldn't lose weight for this guy, I would lose it for yourself. This guy is bringing you down. You need to think about getting away from him.
