He's already gone

I am in a relationship with a wonderful man. He has done so much for me and I am just now seeing it. This is my fault. However, I want him to know I am now vested in this relationship. He already has plans of moving back to the east coast when our lease ends in March. I want to keep him, but, being a stupid guy, I don't know how to win him back. I want to make this work, but I don't know how. Can someone please help me?
