Need advice on unrequited love

I'm a 17YO boy frm India.I'm in luv wid a girl 4 d past 1 yr, I proposed to her n she said she needed time snce she broke up sum mnths ago.I'm almost certain she has gotten back wid hm, but she denies it n hasn't rejected my proposal. wat shld I do?

Congratulations on proposing! Don't worry if she says she needs more time. Getting engaged is a big thing. She may need time to feel ready. It sounds like you have been together for 1 year? This is not a long time so maybe you are still at the beginning of what may be a long relationship. Don't worry you both have plenty of time. If you are worried that she is seeing somebody else then the best thing you can do is let her know that you love her and you trust her. Even if she were seeing another man she is still with you and has not left you -she probably doesn't want to leave you. Perhaps the best thing you could do to reassure her is to do something fun together and treat her. She may feel more relaxed and enjoy the time that she spends with you. No pressure.
