Should my father pay 15 years worth of child support?

I haven't seen, spoken or heard of my father since I was 3 maybe 4 years old. I was talking to my mum and he used to pay child support until I was 4 years old. However he has not paid a penny since. He has paid for all my younger half siblings, yet for his eldest and first born he hasn't in almost 16 years! Should he pay what he owes? Do I/should I take legal action? Cheers

Why has your mother not taken him back to court? Get legal advice regarding your mother filing for child support and do you have legal standing to file as well
