Disturbing fear of death

Hello , I have lived in Finland for education about 5 months.But I experienced inferiority complex and barely see anyone.So I have got some obsessions due to my antisociality.I have a strong fear of death now.Please help :(

there is rather little information to go around : how old are you ? what is your situation ? where do you come from ? concerning death - only your body can die : so if you have a fear of death - maybe it is because you fear dying to your antisocial tendencies - which you say you have : do you ? and why then ? we can only die to what we are no more or what we can not reasonably be no more - and you must know what that is - otherwise you would not fear it changing - going away - not being anymore you will still be there .. :)

IBOCAN44, What have you experienced of death during your lifetime? Doesn't have to be first-hand experiencing, like, for example, having found a dead body or watched someone die or having lost a parent or someone or something you loved (although, say if you have). It can be as simple as whatever you've ever seen on film and television, what you've ever been told or read...that sort of thing. Anything you can think of?
