My husband lied about how he lost his wedding ring and I'm about to confront him

My husband went away for a guy's weekend and lost his wedding ring! He told me it came off when he was washing the X off his hand from the club. His ring was a bit loose fitting. He said maintenance came to the room and said it was nothing they could do . I was pissed and his reaction was not panicked or sad ! I was skeptical from the beginning I recently saw an email to the club they went to and he was asking if they found a ring he dropped when he was there!! I am so hurt. I'm afraid he is not afraid to lose me. I am a good woman and wife why did he have to lie?? How do I confront him ? How do I punish him ?? We have been married two years

Just talk to him. No need to make it confrontational. Tell him what you know, and ask him to explain. How do you punish him??? Please tell me that was just your anger talking? Not your job, nor should it be. Try to calm down. Take a walk. Wait to talk to him til you're able to try to find a solution, not just a way to make him pay for hurting you...
