Emotional cheating spouse

We recently married in july. My husband keeps everything on lock including phone, laptops and tablets. He lef one open accidentally and I saw he and coworker text. Mostly her texting on the company website asking him to meet her...offering a room at her home etc. Note that my husband and I were having some personal problems that he claimed to have shared with this lady. I don't trust him and have been very depressed. He says the whole thing with this woman texting was nothing and he appologized for sharing then appologized to her if he crossed any lines. Really!! I want to leave. Too many secrets. Anyone please help or give much needed advice. Thanks
