Marital distrust

My husband has been going to a female personal trainer for 13 months, 3 days a week. He showers before each workout, and doesn't shower agin until the next workout. (He doesn't train on the weekends...so he'll shower sometimes on one of those days). I have a woman's intuition that something isn't right. Please offer any opinions.
