Do I stay or do I go????

Really don't know what to do, my partner just does not go to work whenever he feels like it, problem is he is self employed and only gets paid when he goes in. I am on maternity leave with a 9 week old baby, I also have a 4 year old, he has been really good for @ a year now, but unfortunately is slipping back into his old ways, I'm sure he thinks because we have a young baby I won't leave him, but I'm desperate to meet somebody who will respect me & treat me & the boys right. We get on well when he is working, but he just goes into depression when he doesn't go in which effects me & our 4year old who thinks the world of him, which is my main reason for staying and putting up with this. He also drinks too much and takes drugs, which he usually denies.
