Loosing my friends and feeling alone :(

hello.. basically, I've had the same friendship group my entire life, I'm 27 now. I had an argument with one of the girls over basically nothing and now I've been totally extradited from the group, no one invites me to drinks or anything anymore and I feel left out and it's been like this for the past 2 months. I'm paranoid all the time now, if I see someone tweet something I think it's about me and I'm obsessing over what's being said about me behind my back. anyone been through anything similar or have any advice on how to get over it? Thank you everyone :)

Obsessing over it will only make things worse for you. Do anything (constructive) to stop thinking about it when you find yourself obsessing. Exercise is great, even if it's just getting up and doing 100 jumping jacks or get an adult coloring book, meditate and focus on positive affirmations. You have to do something to stop your destructive thought cycle. Remember, you can only control yourself so if there is something that triggers your anxiety, stop it. i.e twitter You have control of that and if it's causing you adverse feelings why continue punishing yourself? Get out and find new groups and new activities. Anxiety can stem from self worth issues. I'd suggest working on yourself:) Sending postive vibes your way.

IM GOING TO BE BLUNT IF A FIGHT CAUSES THEM TO HATE YOU THEN YOU REALLY DON'T NEED THEM I HAVE HAD MANY BUDDIES IN MY LIFE AND SOMETIMES I GOT INTO FIGHT BUT WE GOT OVER IT SOUNDS LIKE THERE NOT REALLY TRUE FRIENDS AND YOU CAN DO BETTER IM 30 YEARS OLD MYSELF AND JUST GOT DROPPED FROM MY GIRL OF 9 YEARS THAT I PAID EVERYTHING FOR IN 9 YEARS SHE NEVER WORKED ONCE FOR A DRUG DEALER AND LOST MY AUNT AT THE SAME TIME TOO CANCER SO LIFE CAN ALWAYS BE WORSE JUST LEARN TO MOVE ON AND PUSH FORWARD SOMETHING ONE OF MY FAMILY MEMBERS TOLD ME IN THE PAST FEW WEEKS BEST REVENGE IS A LIFE WELL LIVED
