No work and have no financial support from husband

Hi Everyone, I am happy I found this online forums and hope someone will help me with my problem. So I just moved here in Europe, 3 months ago.. I thought life will be easy here but I was wrong. This is my first time that me and my husband will be living together. I am having problem also finding a job here since most of the job I must learn the local language first and now I already spent my money here and I don get any financial support from my husband. Though he paid all my insurances and grocery but aside from that I dont get anything. I feel so odd asking money from him cos he always say he dont have money but still able to buy something for him. I asked him one time if he can buy me a pair of shoes for spring but he refuses and telling me I find work first so that I can buy it. Just to think he earns 3000euro a month and the cost of the shoes is only 30uero and that's the only thing I asked for the first time. I feel so bad and dont know how to deal with this and how to talk to him cos i dont know if i am so demanding or what. I just feel so bad right now. What is the best thing I must do aside from looking for Job?
