I am having a long distance relationship. I am missing my boyfriend so badly recently until I get so paranoid and depressed. I cry all of a sudden all the time. Since two weeks ago I felt that he is ignoring me. I know that he's having a big family problem at that moment, but I just cant stop thinking like this. I can't concentrate on things I do. I need help, I need to ease my mind from negative thoughts. Please help.
