Thinking process had changed a lot

IN PAST I ALWAYS THOUGHT THAT THE LEARNING PROCESS CONTINUES ALL OVER OUR LIFE BUT THE OTHER THOUGHT WHICH PEAKS IN THAT AS WE LEARN WHOLE OUR LIFE WHEN SHOULD WE CAN RECOGNIZE OUR SELF CONFIDENT ENOUGH ABOUT THAT THINGS WE DO , BUT THE CONFIDENT ATTITUDE ALSO BLOCKS THE LEARNING PROCESS PERHAPS WHAT IS THE SOLUTION TO DEAL TO THIS PROBLEM

Greetings, Lunatic. I think that confidence is important, because confidence is kind of what drives us to do tasks that might be challenging or difficult. If you are confident and take those chances, sometimes you will pull through just fine. Other times, I think you will realize just from being confident and having things not work out that there is something to be learned from the experience. For the record, let's equate confidence more with "feeling you have the tools you need to do something", and less with self-esteem. Self-esteem may be related to what we're talking about, but isn't as important in the overall. We do learn our entire lives. It's important to have a pivotal mind and to be open to different ideas and concepts. But If something you learn really does have an impact, then it's strong enough to alter the approach you take to things. You shouldn't just go through life listening to everything everyone else says and not think for yourself. You need that center, that focus. Because people will try to tell you all sorts of stuff that, most likely, is wrong. You need to use what works, and stay above the rest. Whenever I read or get into discussions about people who are successful, and when I say successful I mean decent at whatever they do and they have stability at it, one of the biggest factors that comes up is these people practiced and basically just kept doing something to get good at it. You can't fake experience, it's something that comes naturally as you perform a task. You have to master the basics before you can innovate.
