He’s 10 years older than me, what can I do?

So I’ve been at my workplace for about 1 year now (I’m 18 years old). There’s a man of 28 who works in the same place and we get on quite well have a laugh sometimes and I’ve really taken a liking to him. Over time my feelings have grown stronger but I’m sure he really doesn’t have a clue and most likely doesn’t feel the same way at all. What do I do?

Thanks I’ll try to do that :) Is it socially acceptable though considering the age gap, another big worry of mine.

If you're worried about age, don't be. You are of legal age to make your own choices. There is nothing wrong with expressing your feeling to someone else. I'd suggest making sure he's single first. :-P (A)
