Is my friend a bad friend, or suffering somehow?

I have a friend who, since getting into a relationship (7years ago) has slowly disappeared. It would start with not answering messages or agreeing to meet us. She would claim that her phone was playing up, or she had to delete the messaging app for storage space etc. This has gone on for probably at kesst 5 years so she has had a new phone in that time, and also uses it for work purposes so it does work. Anyway, shes always been a nightmare to contact and i felt the friendship slipping away. I would see her maybe once or twice a year as she was my beautician but due to covid restrictions i wasnt able to use her so did my treatments myself. I received a bit of a passive aggressive message about it online and since then have been ignored. I message her on a social media platform as i know she uses it but she just ignored it. My question is, is she a bad friend or is there a chance she might be suffering from depression or domestic abuse? Im so ready to say goodbye to the friendship and remove her from everything for my own sanity but i dont want to abandon her if she needs me? Side note: i cant talk to her about it because i litterally cant get a response and our other friend has also contacted me about the situation as she is getting the same treatment. - which makes me concerned. Any and all advise is welcome, thank you!

I mean, there's always a chance she's depressed or suffering from domestic abuse. But more likely, she just doesn't see you as a close friend (she's your beautician, after all, not your BFF) and things are taking their natural course.
