Hi Josie, and welcome. :) The idea is that you tell us all about your problem, in as much detail and chronological order as you can, so that those that can relate and offer advice can tell they do. Start with who's missing - what they are to you (plus your ages and genders) - when they went missing and where they were last - and (if you know/suspect) why they've disappeared. Include anything from the past if you think it could be relevant. (Pretend you're doing a write-up for the local newspaper - that helps.)

You don't have to go into deep detail. You can be as detailed or vague with details as you feel the need to. It's okay to just post general age group instead of your ages, or to use different names or identifiers for people. Just tell us what's bothering you. We'll respond as soon as we're able to.
