Help me in choosing university

I am a final year undergraduate majoring in computer science and I have admits from Stevens institute of technology for MS in data science and I got deferred to Computer engineering in NYU. (Computer engineering is a combination of computer science and electronics and I am not that interested in electronics)I want to build a career in computer science. So what should I choose? And I have heard NYU is a better school so should I go for the course or the school? Also is it worth putting in the hours to learn a whole new bachelor's degree because it's a good school or not? I have no idea about any of the electronics concepts. I am very confused and stressed
