Should I offer it more

So I want to ask about oral sex. I’m 55, husband is 59. We have sex a couple of times a week but with the oral it’s about twice a month. I cannot orgasm when we have sex so I will use my hand after he as finished to make myself come. He hardly says he wants to give me oral. I suggest it more than him and I think he does not like to do it to me. I get it that not everyone likes it but why do I feel guilty if I don’t offer it to him when he does not feel guilty by offering it to me. He knows I cannot orgasm when we have sex and oral if the only way I can or if I use my hand. I have used his hand in the past to touch myself down there with after we have had sex and I have got on top of him after he has come and rubbed myself against him down there. I wash myself and trim down there. Why does he not worry about me getting my pleasure and to offer oral to me just so I can get satisfied now and then. To me he is selfish and now I wonder if I should not offer do oral anymore on him unless I get oral. I like to go down on him but only now and then so he is still getting oral and not getting deprived in anyway. He has always been like this and it’s not because he is older. I just know that if he was with another woman, he would do it to her. So one minute I don’t have to do it then the next he’s happy when I have done it. Should I give him oral even if he hardly suggests oral to me. I’ve heard some women do anything to please there partners to make them happy. I always seem to think that if I don’t give him oral he might think all other men get it regularly and he doesn’t or he will go and cheat to get it more.
