Partner seems to be going cold

I have been I a relationship for 11 mths and the first 5 mths were great, she told me she loved me and pulled downed my walls and fell in love with her. I went on a business trip and got taken to a gentlemans club ( honestly didn't know)and didn't stay. I told her as didn't want to hide anything from her. Her ex cheated on her, and many times. She has holds me at arms length now and when I talk to her about it she says don't make the relationship hard. In the bedroom is our space and has on three separate occasions when I have gone to kiss her she turns her head. Kissing is a big turn on for her so that concerns me. I love her but starting to think the relationship has run its course.
