Best friends to lovers = complicated

so last friday the 23rd I asked my best friend out cause she liked me and i liked her back. and straight away the confusion for us both appeared. As we were best friends for well over a year and would do anything and everything togeather. We would cuddle and sometimes on ocasion we would hold hands when she was having a bad week. So once we started going out we pretty much did those things straight away with no arkwardness. and a week later after going out we have started to kiss. Thats the low down. the problem is= even though we were best friends and all that is this all moving way to quick. she dosnt think so i kinda do but i like her to much to say slow it down. i just feel a road to a subertarged relationship f this keeps going. so pretty much i would like to hear some opions on what is the best thing or what we should be doing. thanks for reading!
