Too much yet not enough

So I'm a junior in high school and I have had a crush on this guy since my freshman year.Now he's a freshman in college.So back in April I finally got a kiss from him at the expense of my friends feelings(she liked him too). So this past summer we didn't really talk because I list my phone but we did community service together so we saw eachother. So in September marching band started back up and he came back to visit the band. We didn't make much contact but on November 24th he came over to my house. At first we were just talking but the he started to kiss me and started sucking in my boobs. I'm not gonna lie it felt good. But after he left that night he barely texted or talked to me. So he came over again last night since he's on break yet again and the same thing as last time happened this time except this time I gave him head and I enjoyed it (weird?). After that ,he just sat the and held me. No talking no kissing just me in his arms. He's in town for another 4 weeks but I don't get out on break for another 2. I feel like he uses me but at the same time I don't care. He's in college so I'm almost sure he talks to other girls. I wanna be his only but I know that because of the levels we're on that that won't happen. He's coming back soon and I know it but I need to know if I should stop this now or just go with it a little longer. Help me
