Does he still love me?

Hi my ex left me 3 months ago for someone else whilst i was 4 months pregnant.( We were together for 3 years.)We had arguments when the truth did come out. He claims he dont love me anymore suddenly the day we came back from Turkey.. now 3 weeks ago i was diagnosed with heart failure and since then he comes with me to my weekly hospital appointments and phones and texts everyday. More and more by day. Hes told me and i know hes tart he left me for as no idea what has been happening. Now the tart he left me for has a reputation and i know he is frightened of her. He knows i love him but still contacts me. Whats going on please help.
