I hooked up with my coworker...

So I ended up hooking up with my coworker (we didn't have sex though). I have always had a "crush" on this guy when I see him at work, and I don't want things to be really awkward between us now. I want to ask him how he wants to deal with it, ie, pretend it didn't happen or acknowledge it, but I don't know how to bring it up. I would like to see something more come out of this, but don't know how to bring it up to him.

Just go for it and ask him how he feels about it and what he wants to do. Hope this helps.
