I don't know what to do

I've been with my boyfriend for about nearly 1 year and a half now and i know i really do love him but recently i felt really sore down there and i thought i had an STD, so when i was on the phone to him, i asked him if he had done anything with other girls recently, then he was thinking for awhile so obviously i knew it was a YES, he then told me that he got oral sex off a girl (I don't know if it's just 1 girl there could be more and he could of had sex with them too) then he put the phone down straight away. So i've been trying to phone him to talk to him about it but he doesn't answer so it's really obvious that he's trying to avoid me but when he does pick up he keeps saying he's doing something and can i ring him back later then he puts the phone down straight away without letting me say anything but when i do ring back he never answers. I don't know what to do, can someone help me please.

I would say that you need to leave that guy alone and not worry about him. Do anything to get out of the house and get your mind off of him. Obviously he doesn't want to talk about it and it's just going to hurt you more to keep trying to get him on the phone. You should also get checked for STDs and if you do have one, let him know what he has done and maybe he will think twice before doing that to someone else. I think your main concern should be your health at this point.
