Possible girlfriend

So there's this girl who I like, and I know that she had/has a crush on me, but I'm stuck. She hangs out with me a lot, but I have never asked her out or done anything to make her my gf. What should I do? Does she actually like me? How do I make sure she doesn't have a boyfriend already? How would I ask her out? It's not like I could drive her somewhere, and I am too shy to ask my parents for help. What do I do?

To know if she has a boyfriend, all you have to do is either ask a common friend, or mention the words "your boyfriend" in a sentence. For example: "What does your boyfriend think of that?" "Are you sure your boyfriend doesn't mind you hanging out with me?". As for the asking out, that comes by yourself. There is no procedure. Take her out somewhere. If you're too shy to drive her, ask to meet there. Then, what happens just happens. There is no predicting. I usually just act on impulse.
