I'm going to just lay it down right here... how do I over come shyness and a aka girl out?

My motto is if you look good, you feel good. Try changing your looks so you know your more confident, cause then you don't have to worry about anything. & also. You should try just taking a deep breath before talking to someone. If you see they need help on something, say you're willing to tutor them. I hope I helped(:
