What is going on with us

Ok so about 9 or so months ago I was working at a football game just a fast food stand and I met the most gorgeous guy I've ever laid my eyes on! His typical blonde hair blue eyes, broad shoulders and just the right height, ontop of that his also a football captain. How crazy is that? Perfection. Anyway we got along really well that night, after work we started to walk away from the footy stadium, and we came across a little shed so we sat there talking about exercise I told him I had a six pack, even though I'm a girl I'm really fit. So he asked to see it, anyway I eventually showed him and when I did he pulled me close and started running his hands over me, I of course let him and we started to cuddle and just talk, nothing sexual. And just then his phone vibrated with a text I glanced over and to my horror his wall paper was him and his obvious gf! I pulled away hurriedly and told him I didn't know he had a girl friend? I was shocked but still polite. He just casually said yeah I do and told me how they've been going for 2years! So anyway I went home, and nearly everyday he texted me asking to hang out and go for drives at like 12am. A week later I agreed to meet him at a park down the road from his house at about 10:30pm so we met and he immediately held me in his arms, ran his fingers through my hair, we walked hand in hand. It was so strange I'd never seen I guy do this before (maybe all guys do idk) but I was single so I just went along with his advances. Anyway we ended up getting sexual, I won't go into details but in the middle of certain "activities" his phone rings! It was his gf, again, I was about to stop but he just pushed my head back down implying to continue, so i did but I overheard the entire convo, his gf asked where he was an he said he was just going for a walk in the park, so he lied to his gf right in front of me, anyway he hung up and we went back to his place and had sex, strictly a one night stand. And after he had finished he went pale and kept saying how bad he felt for cheating on his gf an made me promise never to talk about that night to anyone not even him. So I left. I know it was a one night stand but I had feelings for him surprisingly, keep in mind this is only the second time I've met/been with him. So that was over and done with, I moved on. Now 9 months later his texting and face booking me asking to hang out again, I've been putting it off but today he asked me to come see him in the hospital he just had surgery on his shoulder, so at 5:30am I went and saw him for the first time in 9months, he had his own room and as soon as I walked in an up to him he took my hand and pulled me down onto the bed with him, and he just held me and we talked for ages had a good time and we were cuddling and being fairly intimate when we spoke his lips were literally millimeters away from mine, then halfway through a conversation I lent forwards a little and he pulled me closer and kissed me, and kissed and kissed it was so wonderful and that's how we spent most of the morning just kissing and hugging an talking. After 9 months of not seeing him, we just start kissing? And it didn't feel awkward or anything it was great, I think his single now but I haven't asked yet, I guess I'm avoiding the answer. So here's my problem are we just friends with benefits orrrr what? He also asked if I wanted to spend the night with him in a motel and watch movies and cuddle, he moved his hands up my leg as he asked, sort of to convince me I guess, but I declined and said maybe another time. I didn't mention Aunt Flo is in town. So what do you think of this guy? His very persistent and its really hard to say no to him, and something really really tiny inside of me doesn't trust him, probably because I've only seen him 3 times, so I really don't know him all that well. What should I do from this point on? Oh also another point I have a bf now but I've been trying to dump him for ages but he won't let me go. So I'm in a unstable relationship and the hottest guy in town is single and wants me, what am I supposed to do?
