Attracted to a Younger Man?

So, I'm working at a theater and I am finding myself increasingly attracted to a young guy who is in a show there. He's 18 and I'm 19, but I'll be 20 soon. He'll be a freshman in college in the fall, and I'll be a junior, states away. I'm not looking for a relationship out of this. I'm very attracted to his personality, even though he has his own issues. I just catch myself imagining us in sexual situations, and I'm wondering if it is completely unethical to flirt with him or hang out with him outside of our natural professional environment. It's hard because I feel very present and connected when I speak to him (I haven't told him this), and he's said that he feels a connection with me.
