Egoistic family

I cannot get along with my family,they are very egoistic and selfish,i cannot communicate or like but i want to,how to change this,telling them does not help

How old are you may I ask? Because if you're older than you can move away from that. Sometimes you can only have a stable relationship with family members when you're at a distance from them.
