I hope this doesn't sound petty because I know there are people out there with worse problems than me.. I moved to Scotland at ten years old and hated it from the start, now I'm 21 and I'm at my lowest point. End of July my boyfriend dumped me and I felt like I'd lost my soul, he was everything to me and it did more then break my heart.. After that it's been nothing but bad luck, I took an overdose last week and I'm a very shy person and couldn't face seeing my doctor today about medication and my brother packed his stuff and left and said all my family hate me. My parents are in bits about my brother leaving and I feel so empty, I've got nobody to talk to and I keep wanting to take an overdose again, I don't deserve this life.. :'(

Dear RUTHIEE, :) First of all: STOP THE OVERDOSES BECAUSE YOU DO DESERVE LIFE! Please, it must hurt like hell that your bf let you go but this is not the way to handle this. Your brother is just stupid for saying that your family hates you. If they do hate you then they are even worse. They should be by your side helping you and supporting you. Go to the doctor, just tell him/her what has been going on. If you dont want to then i will be here and i will listen to you and help you as much as i can! You have somebody to talk to now and i want you to know that even if i dont know you, i know that you are an amazing person and you indeed didnt deserve this pain. But you are not alone, i promise! If its necessary i will even give you my email address so you can write me any time you want! But please do not take overdoses, you know you are better than that, right! Please, please do not do this to yourself! I will be here whenever you need me, promise! If you want my email address tell and i will give it to you :) I will be waiting for your response and do not harm your self please! I will be there for you, okay? :)

you need to be strong,in life people leave its no use blaming yourself,just start fresh,rebuild your life,make new friends,focus your mind on positive things,you dont need any pills
