does he still love me.

he is my ex and he asks a bunch of questions about me. he asked my best friend if i was single and if i still loved him and if i dated anyone after him.she said he then talked fondly of our relationship and how great it was. Then she said he asks all the time if i had seen her recently or what im doing. He also said that now that he knows i love him nothing will be awkward because it doesnt have to be. Then when i saw him after i got back from my vacation he was 100 times more comfortable around me and he held me twice so he was already pretty comfortable. He also got embarrassed when my friend told a story about something funny he did. I just get really confused and i cant read people too well but i know i want him back. So does this maybe mean he wants me back and is going to ask me out soon. I would do it but i just dont know so i just get really worried

Hi AMBERWAVES, I had to go through the same thing you did. My ex-boyfriend always asked questions about me to my friends. In the end he just wanted to date my friend (BTW, HE COULD BE JUST USING YOU AS AN EXCUSE TO HANG OUT WITH YOUR FRIEND(S)... and I will tell you what "I" think... I think that he's still trying to figure out if he still likes you or not. Some boys (after a break up) usually tend to find that they liked you more than they did before you left him... OR he could just want to reconcile with you and be back to being friends. Men are like that, but to be sure... You should go up to him and ask him yourself. You'll never know unless you ask..Most men like it when girls are straightforward instead of just shy and regretting not doing what they wanted because they were scared.
