I am facing a lot of problems due to it. can you help me with some voice exercises and tips to speak with a low voice and to speak clearly and loudly. its not letting me live. please help. I am not getting the balls to talk to my crush because of that. I am afraid that she'll find it funny and laugh at me. she is the last person who I want to laugh at my voice. everyone laughs at me.

You should go see a doctor, because this can be caused by a number of things. However, what you should remember is that a guy with a high voice doesn't necessarily sound like a girl. I'm only saying this as someone who has studied Linguistics (not an expert), but what we've been taught is that, in English, women tend to modulate their pitch more (think: sing-song, but not really). Men tend not to do that. I had a friend who's voice dropped late. He ran a radio show while having a "high" voice, so no one could see that he was a guy. It wasn't low like a guy's, but he also didn't talk like a girl. Some of my friends listened to it and thought he had a weird voice, but didn't say "who's she?" So I don't know. I wouldn't say it's that big of a deal, but there could be an underlying health issue so you should get it checked.

Found among one in a lakh people across the globe, puberphonia is often ignored. In women, this disorder is known as endrophonia. Men and women are equally prone to it. While puberphonia occurs due to undergrowth of male vocal cord, endrophonia happens when a woman develops the habit of speaking or talking loudly.
