Can anyone help?

Hi all, I have been seeing a girl for about 5 weeks and things were fantastic together. I stayed over one night and went to work and like i normally do. The next day i sent her a text saying good morning and got no reply, i then sent a text later saying night night but again got no reply, this happened for another day so i asked what was wrong and she said i'm busy, you will have to let me go for a bit as i have too much on my mind to commit to you. I asked her if she wants to break it off with me and she said no she still wants to see. I have given her lots of opportunities to end it with me but she never does. She's quiet and very cold towards me and i told her this and she said, "I am sorry if i sound cold hearted. i will contact you when i'm ready" I have texted her and told her i miss her and i will wait for her. But how long do i wait? And what is she really thinking about me? It's really tough for because i don't exactly where i stand :( Please help.
