On this past Saturday i met a guy, we had a great time. At the end of the night he asked me to call his phone #m and text him, he said his phone was dead it was i saw it was. i called and text like he asked. but know day 3 no call no text from him, should i call or text him? or should i wait. I don't want to come off Desperate but i did like him.

Hi Mehasda, Even if his phone died, when he turned it back on, he would've gotten at least your text. So he has your number. Three days might be normal, maybe he doesn't want to come over as too eager to get to know you. If you don't hear anything after a week, unfortunately, I would think he is not that interested. After that you could text him one more time and if you don't get a reaction then, I think the silence will tell you enough :/ Something not too pushy, like you would ask a friend to get together and grab some coffee. I hope he texted you by now :) Good luck!
