I recently moved house and met a girl who is amazing and i really liked her, one day i went to her house and we kissed on her bed for about 5 minutes, i asked her out and she said no but she does like me she is just very depressed all the time and doesn't want to put me through shit, but i really want to go out with her

If you're sure that you definitely like this girl, let her know that you like her so much that you are prepared to go through this shit with her and that you can help her get through it. If she still says no, then tell her that you'll still help her with her problems and you will wait until she feels she's ready. Basically just let her know that you'll support her no matter what but let her come to you when she's ready
