Confused in marriage

I am 35 years old and have been married for 3 years. I just dont understand where my life is heading and I cannot take a decision whether to continue or leave this marriage. On the good side- my husband is emotionally supportive, kind to me, does not drink or indulge in parties or women. He likes to work hard but cannot work smart. On the bad side- our physical intimacy is poor as we are unable to consumerate our marriage ,he cannot financial support me as he is just a min wage employee, he has no house of his own or savings or plans for the future to buy a house or have any kids.. How do i arrive at a decision as to what to do?

Have you tried taking the lead in the physical intimacy department? He might like it if you told him what you want and how to do it. Or ask him what he wants. He may have a poor self-image due to being a min wage employee so boost his confidence and tell him all the things you love about him. If that doesn't work, try counselling.
