21 yr old need help / advice I'm going crazy

Hi. So me and this guy like eachother a lot we hang out all the time we even kiss cuddle and else together. He even told his entire family about me (but only friend wise) we were hanging out the one time and we were talking and I found out he slept with my best ffriend awhile back before I started liking him so I'm not rly bothered but it BUT I slept with two people that he knows one was a 4 some we were all drunk it was me my bestfriend the guy I like and then this other guy witch we are l friends and then the other guy I slept with they r sorta friends not rly. So I decied to tell him and this was way before I liked him and now he's saying we can't be in a relationship anymore bc of what I did bc it is too weird or awkward lol.. I regret it both I rly do bc I rly do feel like this could turn I to somethjng amazing but now he shut down. Now we r just friends but he still kisses me and holds me and wants me to spend the nights over. WHAT THE HELL DO I DO!!!! I don't wanna just be a door mate bc he is bored I want a relationship I want to settle down and so does he but something's stippling him. He's is 3 yrs older then me please someone help bc I'm hurting each and every day!!!

This guy has decided - based on your past exploits - you are up for anything sexually and he wants your body, not your heart. He is treating you like a bedroomdoor mat. You cannot make him forget what you said or take it back. There's no do-overs. He's always going to see you as easy.
