My partner is always working

My man and I have been together for nearly 4 years now i love him so much that it hurts when this happens. But he has 2 jobs and he's always working and when he's not working he's sleeping im proud of him cos he works so hard but it makes it very difficult cos we don't get to spend much time together hence why we are not living together but also because we both have bills to pay off as well. He has never taken me out on my birthday i never see him on Christmas day cos he's always working he's always saying he will make more of an effort to spend time with me and do nice things for me but it never happens. I don't want to hurt him cos i love him so much and unless i really have to i would rather not break up with him cos then we both end up heart broken and feeling hurt. So what should i do somebody please help me he knows how i feel.

Hi SUSIEQ thanks for replying back to my post i am a part of his life i just don't see him that much cos he's always working. He got put on the wrong tax code with his second job and didn't realize what had happened till it was too late now he's having to pay it that's why he works so much. His house has recently been sold too so instead of looking at moving closer to me he's moving further away making it harder for him and i to spend time together. I love him so much and want to be with him so much what should i do? I worry about him cos he has had really bad health problems as well can this sort of person be helped? Or is my relationship with him doomed?
