Fear

Hi Am twenty one years old, I have lived with my uncle for 7years. Unfortunalty we dont get along properly (no proper communication). Whenever i help him to do things, he never appriciate it. All he ever does is to complain about every single little thing i do. I am very hard working and patient in house. However am not working now for some personal reasons. But the main thing is that i am a very fearful person, i still can figure out why. I Get scared of my uncle, i find it difficult to tell him things because and scared. I think, he is taking advantage of me for some reasons. He doesnt like me going out, when i tell him am going out he says no way. His very protective of me. Well am not sure if protective is the right word to use. When i go out, i always have the feeling of not wanting to come back home. Sometimes I feel am not wanted in the house, because of the way he react to me. please help me, what can i do to reduce this fear. Thank you
