I cut myself

I have to find a way to hide them- I'm only 13. I don't know what to do about my mom either, because she doesn't know. I want to see the school counselor but they require parent permission at my school, so I'm just really lost.

Think about this.....you've come here to ask for advice which means you've recognised you need help and you are crying out for it, so please don't hesitate to ask everyone..including your Mom. You've done the right thing by going to school counseling but you well know you need to tell your Mom sooner or later. The sooner you get the help you need, the sooner you'll be successful with overcoming your problem. So I think you should tell your Mom sooner rather than later.
