Houseguests! Please don't judge me

Well I currently have house guests staying with me. Keep in mind I'm 18 and they're in their mid thirties, we have nothing in common. Please note that they didn't come to visit us (my mother and I) per se. The came on vacation and for what so ever reason couldn't stay or weren't comfortable with where they first were thus they asked to stay at our place. My mother agreed but I was furious at first but then calmed down since I thought they were spending a couple days at least. Turns out they're spending 3 f**king months. My mother leaves for work at 7am and usually returns at 8pm M-F. I am left at home with them and I feel obligated to entertain them 24/7. Do t get me wrong I don't act upset around them, I place a smile on my face and socialize as much as possible. On a regular day, I would wake up,eat breakfast, go to my room and my laptop and surf the web. I spend most of the time in my room while I'm home. With them here, I feel as though if I were to do that it would be rude. I usually go out during the day also. I hate being fully clothed in the house also. They do go out nd do their own thing sometimes but 3 months calls for a lot of patience which I don't have. I love my solitude you know? They can be shameful sometimes also. They spoke negatively about the condition of our washing machine and it's surrounding area once, in my presence, claimin that they could never use "that". They always think that something can be cleaner or neater. I am fed up, do you blame me? They're family but there are limits also.
