Is this lust?

I'm a teenage boy. My entire life I have been anxious to do anything that might upset my parents. One of these things is to only date girls that are as "good" as I am (I don't do drugs, I'm a virgin, respectful etc.) I've had so many desires to just kiss a girl that I am attracted to physically, but might not agree with on the decisions they make, or the person they are . I wouldn't have sex with them. Is it okay for me to enjoy a girl like that because I'm a teenager, or is that wrong?
