Is she still interested?

I've known this girl for 3 years, and we've been best friends since we met. It was a few months ago when we finally decided to go on a date, which I think went well. I'm a shy guy so she ended up making most the first moves (holding my hand, kissing my cheek, leaning in to make out). Near the end of the date, we confessed our feelings for each other, and it turns out we both liked each other since we met. She said she had a great time and wanted to go out again, but every time I try to schedule one, something comes up on her end. We haven't gone out since September. Also, she sends me mixed signals when we text (we can't talk in person much, she goes to a different school). I just feel like she's uninterested. Any advice would be great.
