Lack of money destroying relationship

I love my husband but our debts are destroying what was the most amazing love story. We owe thousands of pounds in rent and owe council tax. My husband is self employed and always waiting to be paid.He is always telling me we are going to be ok and we will be millionaires one day . I know it sounds ridiculous but I love him so much I want to believe him . It's mad I know.We are now in so much debt we are in a hole that I can't see how we can escape. I started work but only earn a small wage so know my money will not solve our problems. Just need to talk to someone but can't talk to familybas they have heard it all before. ?.

I understand exactly what you're going through. My fiancee is in debt and can't keep a job for very long and I've been looking for work for almost a year now. He actually just got a new job today. Of course he's not worried about paying off his debts (medical bills, phone bills, family loans), he thinks that none of it matters. We've had to move in with my mother because of this. It's embarrassing and stressful. :( I'm here if you'd like to talk

Hi I've been awake for hours worrying.Just had another row with my husband.We need money today to pay council tax as we had bailiffs at the door the other day.They will be back and take our furniture if we dont pay...I am beyond worried.
