My life in boyfriend tells his ex wife that he loves her

I see it depends on the context , did he mean as a friend?

We had been dating for 6 months and he decided he wanted to go back to his wife for the kids. They were back together for 2 weeks. It\\\'s been 4 months since then and now I find out he\\\'s telling the ex wife he loves her. He says it\\\'s a friend and mother of his kids love. I have a really hard time with this based on the past.

Hi completely understandable that you would be concerned after he returned. Having kids will make him want to go back. It is not as straight forward as a just a relationship. In the two weeks he was back there what was he like with you ? were you still together ? Where is the doubt coming from ? is their something you are holding back from speaking about. ? If not then I would trust what he says until you have a reason to suspect further.

If they were back together as in relationship , I would be concerned ....... I would not be comfortable at all taking him back ...
