Sick hurt confused

My, husband and i have been married for 9 years we lived 10 years in Atlanta,GA. We recently about 6 months ago moved back to california I immediately took ill end stage renal failure i lost both my kidneys have been hospitalized 4 times in the last 6 months. His family treated me very bad talked about me told me I was a terrible wife and mother, and he never defended me. we moved in with his sister and she was the worse because she mistreated my children. He had a job making decent money but would not save so we could move out instead he bought 2 really expensive bikes and began drinking and partying with his sister. I got tired and 3 weeks ago moved to nevada with my mother now he says he wants his wife and children back should i trust him or just move on
